M&A Integration, Director

About the role

ServiceNow's Customer Excellence Group is looking for a senior leader to own and drive M&A integration for the function. You will be responsible for end-to-end integration strategy for post-sale organizations, ensuring each acquisition delivers on its intended value.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy for Customer Success, Professional Services, Renewals, and Implementation.
• Serve as the primary representative for CEG in company-level Integration Management Office (IMO) processes.
• Manage external integration consultants and internal cross-functional workstreams.
• Translate complex cross-functional developments into actionable strategic direction.
• Develop and refine M&A playbooks and organizational capabilities.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in strategy & operations, program management, or management consulting.
• Substantial experience in M&A integration within enterprise technology or SaaS organizations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership fluency across Finance, HR, and Sales Operations.
• Proven ability to manage external consultants and internal senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making.
