Sr. Director, Global Tax, Legal and Regulatory Solutions

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on global legislative changes and assess their impact
• Manage a team of business solution analysts assessing regulatory changes
• Develop processes for collaboration with analysts and engineers
• Innovate service delivery strategies with the Global Product Delivery team
• Research cost-efficient methods to validate legislative changes
• Cook up communication strategies to coordinate with Marketing and Sales on the market positioning of TLR
• Communicate complex tax concepts effectively to diverse audiences
• Represent the company in client marketing and sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent required
• Master's in taxation or equivalent required
• U.S. licensed JD/LLM/CPA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• 10+ years of U.S. 'Big Four' tax and audit experience
• Direct experience in tax technology or ERP tax configuration
• Proven team management skills under tight deadlines

Pay

$175,000 – $260,000 annually
