Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive FP&A experience, managing complex P&L consolidations at a senior leadership level, including direct exposure to board and earnings prep.
- Technical Acumen: Strong fluency in modern financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights). Passion for and practical experience with implementing AI tools, automation, or advanced financial modeling technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and develop talent. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence peers and senior leadership without direct authority.
- Strategic Agility: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business strategies. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
