Job Summary

Sr. Director of Dining Services – Canton, GA
Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead foodservice operations at a premier healthcare facility in Canton, GA. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient dining, retail, catering, financial performance, client relations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all foodservice operations, including patient dining, retail, and catering
• Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and overall financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
• Drive patient, guest, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, regulatory, and quality standards
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service excellence
• Support talent development, succession planning, and team engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
• 5+ years of progressive foodservice leadership experience
• Healthcare foodservice leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing large teams, budgets, labor, purchasing, and inventory
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• P&L management experience preferred
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Forward-thinking leader who is proactive, visible, and engaged
