Sr. Director, Finance Transformation

Job Description

The Senior Director of Finance Transformation plays a critical role in NBCUniversal’s SAP S4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone. This role involves working with colleagues across Global Finance and Technology organizations, supporting the NBCU Studio Group.

Responsibilities

• Align with business unit leaders and team members on functional and data requirements, ensuring business critical inputs are incorporated in the system design and thoroughly validated through testing.
• Understand and articulate business unit’s finance processes and business rules, acting as a change agent in the business area.
• Drive strategic initiatives across systems, processes, and technology, including future platform upgrades, process optimization efforts, automation opportunities, data and reporting enhancements, and the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to help execute a multi-year transformation roadmap that supports the evolving needs of the Studios Group organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant areas
• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within media or entertainment
• Demonstrated understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash)
• Solid understanding of agile project management and a record of accomplishment of on-time delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multiple business units with a solution-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
• Outstanding problem-solving skills within functional and technical areas
