About the role
Hybrid position leading the corporation’s financial planning and analysis, board reporting, and DCAA-compliant DoD/contracting finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, DoD contracting, and DCAA requirements.
- Partner with Program finance & accounting teams.
- Guide strategic planning, prepare board decks, and deliver external stakeholder analysis.
- Provide strategic financial advice to executive management; build financial models and monitor KPIs.
- Oversee financial reporting and detailed budget schedules (opex, capex, revenue, profitability, variances, ROI, depreciation, cash flow, working capital, investments, ad hoc projects).
- Gather and synthesize data, correlate results with cyclical and global economic trends, and produce accurate profitability forecasts.
- Manage a team of four finance professionals.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A-related experience.
- Deep familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DoD contracting, and DCAA compliance.
- Publicly traded company experience supporting high-growth, tight-timeline environments.
- Expert-level Excel; NetSuite and Adaptive Planning experience highly desirable.
Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
Pay
$195,000 – $230,000 base salary plus bonus and LTIP incentives.
