Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the organization's finance applications.
- Lead ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across Finance and IT.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance systems team while driving user adoption.
- Ensure financial systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and positioned for future growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading ERP finance systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology programs and governance.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and system integrations.
- Experience leading teams and managing third-party implementation partners.
Pay
$170,000 - $180,000
