About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Engineering - Agentic AI & Service Applications to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will guide the evolution of service applications through AI-enabled transformation, with a focus on scalable enterprise platforms and modern customer support experiences. The role will partner closely with service operations, call center leadership, analytics, and executive stakeholders to shape the future of how service is delivered. You will oversee the design, governance, and deployment of intelligent automation capabilities that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer interactions. This position is ideal for a strategic engineering leader who can align technology investment with measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation of service applications with agentic AI tools
- Develop relationships with call center leaders to align strategies
- Integrate AI nudge technology to enhance customer interactions
- Prepare executive-level materials on AI-driven service advancements
- Oversee design and deployment of autonomous agents and LLM tools
- Manage governance of Salesforce and AI platforms, ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with analytics teams to forecast service trends and architecture impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical leadership in enterprise applications, ideally in a global setting
- Specialized knowledge in HR/service technology transformation and AI applications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and advanced HCM/CRM systems
- Expert analytical skills with predictive analytics comprehension
- Ability to efficiently align resources and meet tight deadlines

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay: $227,700 – $252,400 annually
