Sr Director Eng Pgm Mgt

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the global engineering function for UOP
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects and programs
• Manage new products introduction (NPI) in collaboration with R&D
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive program execution and achieve business objectives
• Ensure adherence to program management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
• Manage and optimize groups operating budget, chargeability, billability, utilization, productivity, and quality
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Cook up and support mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited engineering institution
• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
• Strong experience in Conceptual and Basic Engineering design (Schedule A)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $280,000-$320,000.

Schedule

You will work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.
