Sr Director, Design Operations

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Establish operational frameworks for the Apps & Industries UX team to enhance collaboration
• Align product roadmaps with UX priorities, managing dependencies effectively
• Act as the central hub for communication and coordination within the UX leadership team
• Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize processes across business units

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software with a focus on Design, Design Operations, or Program Management
• Strong partnership and relationship-building skills in cross-functional environments
• Deep understanding of design processes, dependencies, and agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication abilities to advocate for programs at all levels
• Requires a relevant technical degree

Pay

$218,400 – $401,400 annually
