Compensation: $256,001 – $448,002 annually
About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a high-performing corporate communications team with clear objectives
- Translate the CCO's vision into a cohesive corporate communications strategy
- Develop and oversee the company’s financial communications in collaboration with the CFO and Investor Relations
- Drive the narrative for Ads & Monetization communications, engaging effectively with brands and agencies
- Craft strategic messaging for senior leaders and support high-stakes editorial needs
- Manage trust, safety, and policy communications, ensuring credible external messaging on regulatory issues
- Act as the CCO's main partner in issues management, crisis communications, and corporate reputation initiatives
- Implement measurement frameworks to assess communication impact and refine strategies based on data
Qualifications
- 15+ years of corporate communications experience, ideally at a public tech firm
- 5+ years in leadership roles within communications teams, including management experience
- Expertise in financial communications, including earnings cycle and media engagement with financial outlets
- Demonstrated ability in developing B2B communications strategies for advertising-focused audiences
- Extensive experience advising senior leaders on reputational issues and crisis management
- Proven track record in executive communications, creating impactful content for C-suite leaders
- Deep understanding of trust & safety and policy communications, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance communication workflows while ensuring accuracy
