About the role
Brink’s is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Senior Director - Commercial Finance for North America.
Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Finance Excellence
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP, North America Finance and financial business partner to the North America Commercial Leader
- Lead customer and product profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting
- Support annual planning and long-term revenue forecasting in partnership with FP&A Lead
- Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy
- Develop and execute pricing strategies, frameworks, and governance across North America
- Drive margin expansion through improved pricing discipline, analytics, and tools
- Partner with Sales on bid reviews, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
- Establish KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness, revenue quality, and profitability
- Build Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Leverage data and technology to identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities
- Enhance reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making
- Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Strategy teams to align commercial initiatives with business goals
- Support transformation initiatives, including pricing systems and digital enablement
- Promote accountability and transparency in pricing compliance and execution
- Ensure Strong Governance
- Establish pricing governance models, approval frameworks, and compliance standards
- Ensure alignment with contractual commitments and internal financial controls
- Standardize processes and reporting across the region
Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in finance, pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy
- Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site or service-based organizations (logistics, financial services, transportation, or similar industries preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving pricing transformation and margin improvement
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and large, complex contracts
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Skills & Capabilities: Deep expertise in pricing strategy, revenue management, and commercial finance
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Experience with pricing systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
