About the role

Brink’s is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Senior Director - Commercial Finance for North America.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Commercial Finance Excellence
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP, North America Finance and financial business partner to the North America Commercial Leader
  • Lead customer and product profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting
  • Support annual planning and long-term revenue forecasting in partnership with FP&A Lead
  • Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, frameworks, and governance across North America
  • Drive margin expansion through improved pricing discipline, analytics, and tools
  • Partner with Sales on bid reviews, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Establish KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness, revenue quality, and profitability
  • Build Advanced Analytics & Insights
  • Leverage data and technology to identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities
  • Enhance reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Partner Across the Business
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Strategy teams to align commercial initiatives with business goals
  • Support transformation initiatives, including pricing systems and digital enablement
  • Promote accountability and transparency in pricing compliance and execution
  • Ensure Strong Governance
  • Establish pricing governance models, approval frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Ensure alignment with contractual commitments and internal financial controls
  • Standardize processes and reporting across the region

Requirements

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in finance, pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy
  • Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site or service-based organizations (logistics, financial services, transportation, or similar industries preferred)
  • Demonstrated success driving pricing transformation and margin improvement
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and large, complex contracts
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Qualifications

  • Skills & Capabilities: Deep expertise in pricing strategy, revenue management, and commercial finance
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Experience with pricing systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
