Responsibilities

  • Lead the Biz Ops / GTM Systems team and establish a clear operating model for intake, prioritization, portfolio governance, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Set the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM application ecosystem supporting Sales, Success, and Support, with a focus on integration, efficient data flows, automation, usability, and scalable adoption.
  • Make pragmatic decisions about when to build, buy, integrate, consolidate, replace, or retire technology.
  • Own the strategy, administration, and evolution of Salesforce across the company, with a focus on scalability, governance, usability, and business impact.
  • Develop and recommend the strategy for the synchronization and integration layer between Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho, and other core systems, including quote-to-cash, billing, insurance, payments, and related workflows, in partnership with the owners of those platforms.
  • Partner with data, analytics, and platform owners to improve how GTM data is integrated, modeled, governed, and made available for reporting, automation, and AI applications.
  • Maintain the reliability of production integrations and data pipelines through monitoring, incident response, change management, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the roadmap for sales and post-sales automation, workflow redesign, and systems optimization across revenue-critical processes.
  • Improve data governance, data hygiene, lineage, and system integrity so reporting, automation, and downstream decisions are consistent and reliable.
  • Lead tech-stack integration, rationalization, and consolidation efforts across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, NetSuite, Zoho, internal systems, data platforms, and other business applications.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Success, Support, Product, Payments, Finance, Engineering, IT, Security, and other business leaders to align systems investments and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and move high-value automation, AI agents, and applications from experimentation into secure, governed, measurable production workflows.
  • Reduce manual work by identifying root causes, redesigning broken processes, and implementing automation that increases speed, accuracy, and team capacity.
  • Strengthen top-of-funnel and customer-lifecycle workflows, including lead management, routing, deduplication, validation, speed-to-lead, and post-sales automation.
  • Own vendor evaluation and procurement for the Biz Ops technology portfolio, from requirements definition and vendor selection through contract negotiation, renewals, consolidation, and retirement decisions.
  • Manage contractor and implementation-partner engagements, including scoping statements of work, setting delivery expectations and acceptance criteria, and holding partners accountable to outcomes.
  • Develop leaders and individual contributors on the Biz Ops team while building stronger systems discipline, clearer ownership, and better cross-functional ways of working.
  • Own the governance model for AI tools accessing systems of record, including agent permissions, human-in-the-loop requirements, write-action controls, monitoring, audit standards, and rollback processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market systems, including significant leadership experience in complex B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce strategy, administration, automation, and cross-functional systems initiatives at scale.

  • Track record of leading teams that support high-volume stakeholder demand while improving prioritization, governance, and delivery discipline.
  • Strong experience with process optimization, systems integration, data governance, and operating model design across multiple functions.
  • Hands-on experience owning enterprise integrations between CRM, MAP, ERP, and other core systems, ideally on a modern iPaaS platform.
  • Experience owning or partnering closely on a cloud data warehouse environment, including ETL pipelines, SQL transformations, and the data models supporting business reporting and critical automations.
  • Ability to translate business complexity into clear roadmaps, pragmatic decisions, and measurable operational improvements.
  • AI-forward leadership mindset, with demonstrated success using AI tools or automation to redesign workflows, increase team productivity, or improve business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
