FutureBrand’s mission is to create a more positive world through branding. We build a culture aligned with our values of being progressive, adaptable, collaborative, and empowering, celebrating individuality and fostering an equitable environment where everyone can thrive.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to lead and grow some of our most important client partnerships. This is not a traditional account role—you will operate as a strategic business partner with a consultant mindset, navigating complexity, connecting dots across disciplines, and unlocking new opportunities for both our clients and our business. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial impact, bringing clarity to ambiguity and momentum to ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor, identifying opportunities and challenges proactively.
  • Build deep, trusted client relationships that drive influence and action.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, categories, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead clients through ambiguity with clear, insight-driven recommendations.
  • Bring forward-thinking POVs and thought leadership, often before being asked.
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies and creative direction.
  • Lead client engagements including workshops, retail audits, stakeholder interviews, and presentations.
  • Own financial health of accounts including scoping, estimating, forecasting, and billing.
  • Monitor project performance against budgets and proactively manage risks or variances.
  • Identify and define new opportunities for growth and incremental scope.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic work sessions.
  • Develop clear briefs with measurable KPIs to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and delivered work.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable briefs and direction.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Design, and Project Management to deliver exceptional work.
  • Champion creative ideas internally and externally with clarity, conviction, and craft.
  • Drive team alignment, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure every output aligns to a bigger, cohesive vision.
  • Identify and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and output.
  • Maintain visibility with leadership on account health, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, energy, and accountability.
  • Mentor talent and foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive smarter ways of working—refining processes to be more agile and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand, design consultancy, or CPG environments.
  • Demonstrated success with managing and growing client relationships.

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of brand, design, and business.
  • Proven ability to lead complex client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Outgoing personality with a consultant mindset; excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Commercially minded with accountability for revenue and growth.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong leadership presence.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.

Pay

$110,000 - $125,000

Schedule

Omnicom policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
