Sr Director Atlas Renewals Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily renewals execution across delivery teams and partner services
• Manage team capacity and customer coverage
• Ensure service delivery meets quality standards and customer expectations
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable workflows and playbooks
• Iterate and refine operations into scalable practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewals or customer success management with direct responsibility for retention and forecasting outcomes
• Experience in AI-enabled environments, demonstrating adaptability to new operational models
• Prominent track record of scaling operational processes in early-stage environments
• Strong operational discipline in service levels, forecasting, and quality management
• Experience with managing global or distributed delivery teams, including outsourcing models
• Familiarity with pricing and concessions management within renewals
• Ability to develop feedback systems that enhance workflows and performance
