Sr. Director Analyst - AI-Ready Finance Data & Analytics (Remote - US)

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the company’s research on AI-ready data for finance and adjacent business areas
• Develop thought leadership on data architectures, semantic layers, and metadata management
• Advise finance and transformation leaders on building trusted data ecosystems for AI
• Research trends in active metadata, data observability, and agentic AI
• Create frameworks and benchmarks for organizations to assess AI readiness
• Deliver presentations and facilitate client workshops and discussions
• Collaborate with analysts across multiple functional areas to enhance insights

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data management, analytics, AI strategy, or finance transformation roles
• Deep expertise in data governance, metadata management, and AI-ready data practices
• Strong understanding of modern data management architectures like data fabrics and data ecosystems
• Proven thought leadership in emerging data and AI disciplines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
• Demonstrated executive presence, establishing credibility with senior stakeholders

Pay

$172,000 – $202,500 annually
