Sr Director Analyst- Analytics & AI

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director Analyst- Analytics & AI to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape high-impact research and advisory content at the intersection of analytics, AI, and data science. The position partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate market shifts, leadership challenges, and emerging technologies into practical guidance. It is well suited for a senior thought leader who can influence executive audiences, mentor others, and help organizations make better technology and vendor decisions. The work will require strong market perspective, executive presence, and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, actionable insights for senior decision-makers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $172,000 – $202,500 annually Responsibilities Create high-quality, actionable research content in analytics, AI, and data science Identify root causes of client barriers and reframe strategies to drive progress Produce innovative, impactful research covering analytics and AI topics Provide actionable advice to clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions Develop presentation materials for events and client briefings Mentor team members and conduct peer reviews of research Predict market developments and assist clients in vendor selection Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred 12+ years of relevant analytics and AI experience, with prior leadership or senior technical roles Deep knowledge of CDAO, Head of Analytics and AI responsibilities, and related business roles Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Subject matter expertise in analytics and AI, comfortable presenting at various engagements Benefits World-class benefits and highly competitive compensation Flexible hybrid work environment to support productivity Generous PTO and 401k match up to $7,200 per year Opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount Engaging and inspiring community culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
