For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Americas Advanced Oncology Solutions (AOS) Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior leadership role will oversee professional services strategy and execution across the Americas, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performing customer engagements in a complex healthcare environment. The position will translate global operating frameworks into regional models, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and ensure strong financial and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading professional services in oncology or medical devices, along with the executive presence needed to represent the region in global governance forums. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $217,580 – $299,167 annually Responsibilities Define and execute the Americas professional services strategy aligned with corporate objectives Translate global frameworks into scalable operating models for diverse markets Represent Americas professional services in global governance forums Lead end-to-end professional services delivery across the Americas Serve as the primary liaison to cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment across regions Provide executive oversight for large, strategic customer engagements Own performance metrics, including budgeting and resource utilization Qualifications 10+ years of senior leadership experience in professional services or healthcare technology across the Americas Proven success in managing complex customer engagements and driving financial performance Experience in oncology or medical devices is essential Strong background in regional strategic leadership and cross-cultural collaboration Expertise in customer engagement, adoption, and change management Demonstrated operational and delivery excellence Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for effective communication and reporting Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance and disability insurance Paid parking or public transportation Paid time off and sick leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
