Sr. Digital Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed project timelines, track deliverables, ensure deadlines are met and communicate to cross-functional teams, potential risks or delays.
• Help maintain and implement project management processes and problem solve project inefficiencies.
• Strong understanding of website development workflows, testing, and cross-functional partner collaboration.
• Ability to work and provide solutions in a very fast-paced environment to support the business.
• Ability to manage or mentor other Project Managers with coaching and leadership to develop the most productive skills.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven success managing complex, high-volume digital projects from kickoff to delivery
• Exceptional organizational, file management, scheduling and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Plus’s

• Knowledge of Workfront
• Experience with Shopify or eCommerce builds
• Familiar with agile frameworks
