Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification).
• Expertise with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation, and DevSecOps on iterative development projects.
• Strong engineering rigor and system testing/validation experience.
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills.
• Experience with cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS; Azure also considered).
• Strong documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories.
• Develop integration interfaces using Python, PowerShell, and Groovy.
• Experience with basic DevOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Active Directory, IdAM, LDAP).
• Familiarity with containerized development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes).
• Expertise creating robust test plans.
• Ability to quickly understand customer system security requirements and processes.
• Preparation and maintenance of system components.
• Experience with API Gateways and catalogs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) infrastructure and tools.
• Experience with cloud solution optimization.
• Experience configuring and instrumenting virtualization tools (Grafana, Splunk).
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Other cloud experience (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM).
• Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques.
• Ability to lead and oversee a total system perspective, understanding relationships, dependencies, and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains.
• SharePoint administration systems engineering experience.
• IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management systems engineering experience.
• TeamWork Cloud/Cameo systems engineering experience.
• Tableau systems engineering experience.
