About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational support and incident management for cloud data platforms
- Translate business requirements into operational solutions
- Monitor and support production data jobs and pipelines, ensuring timely resolution of failures
- Respond to incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and preventative measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client engagements
- Provide technical leadership during troubleshooting and documentation efforts
- Contribute to internal initiatives enhancing operational playbooks and training materials
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud data platform operations
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for query writing and optimization
- Operational support experience with cloud-native data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift
- Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux environments
- Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
