Sr. DevOps Engineer - Snowflake

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational support and incident management for cloud data platforms
• Translate business requirements into operational solutions
• Monitor and support production data jobs and pipelines, ensuring timely resolution of failures
• Respond to incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and preventative measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client engagements
• Provide technical leadership during troubleshooting and documentation efforts
• Contribute to internal initiatives enhancing operational playbooks and training materials

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud data platform operations
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for query writing and optimization
• Operational support experience with cloud-native data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux environments
• Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
