About the role
A Sr. DevOps Engineer position is available to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS services and Terraform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, security, and operations.
- Ensure high availability and performance of applications running on AWS.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect company resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
- Proven experience with AWS services and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
