Sr Detailer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to appropriate headings. The posting includes:
- About Us (description of company)
- Summary (role description)
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities (list)
- Education & Experience (list)
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (list)
- What We Offer (benefits)
- Diversity Commitment (EEO boilerplate - should be removed)
- Also mention hybrid schedule, location, pay range.
We need to remove boilerplate: Diversity Commitment, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove cookie/navigation/legal etc.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:
About Us
with paragraph.
Summary
with paragraph.
Responsibilities
with - list of duties.
Requirements
maybe combine Education & Experience and Certificates? Could separate: Education & Experience as Requirements, Certificates as Qualifications? The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Education & Experience (requirements), Certificates (qualifications). Also we have skills implied (AutoCAD expert). Could put under Skills.
We also have Pay: "Hourly range of $26.00-35.00 based upon experience". So we need a Pay section with that info.
Schedule: "It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week." So Schedule section.
Location: "The ideal candidate will be located in Chicago, IL; however, we are also open to candidates based out of: Las Vegas, NVOrlando, FL". This could be part of Summary or maybe a separate section? Not in list; we could incorporate into Summary paragraph.
Benefits: "What We Offer" includes list of benefits. So Benefits section with .
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information. So include all details.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have actual pay range, schedule, location.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each duty as separate - . Keep each requirement as separate
- . Keep each benefit as separate
- . Keep certificates as separate
- .
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Diversity Commitment". Remove that.
Also remove "At The Freeman Company, our commitment to diversity..." etc.
Also remove "#TFCFreeman" maybe.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. The Skills section may be redundant with Requirements; but we can keep it as separate if we have content. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we already have Requirements and Qualifications. Skills could be omitted because it's covered. However we have explicit skill: Expert level in both 2D and 3D AutoCAD; proficiency in Autodesk Vault Professional preferred. That's already in Requirements (expert level) and Qualifications (AutoCAD Certified Professional). But we could keep Skills as separate but it's thin. Better to merge into Requirements or Qualifications. Let's drop Skills section to avoid thin section.
We have Benefits list; we need to ensure we didn't miss any benefit: "Medical, Dental, Vision InsuranceTuition ReimbursementPaid Parental LeaveLife, Accident and DisabilityRetirement with Company MatchPaid Time Off". There's no punctuation between items; we split as separate items.
We also have "There may be some variances in specific benefits across regions." That's a note; we could include as a sentence in Benefits section after list? It's substantive but not a list item. Could add a after list: "There may be some variances in specific benefits across regions."
We also have "Hourly range of $26.00-35.00 based upon experience" - we placed in Pay.
We also have location info in Summary.
We also have hybrid schedule info in Schedule.
We also have "It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week." Already in Summary and Schedule; we might duplicate. To avoid duplication, we could keep schedule only in Schedule section and remove from Summary. But Summary currently includes that sentence; we could remove it from Summary to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in Schedule and still mention location. Let's adjust Summary to exclude schedule sentence.
Thus Summary: "The Senior Detailer works directly with Sales, Creative, Production, and Operations to create an all‑encompassing set of Production Ready Detail Drawings.
