Core Responsibilities
- Concept and execute entertainment marketing creative across:
- Social graphics and static social campaigns
- AV graphic packages and motion-based social assets
- Franchise logos and title treatments
- Promotional merchandise concepts
- Licensing and retail support graphics
- Event graphics and environmental branding
- Streaming and platform promotional assets
- Digital marketing assets
- Create visually compelling graphic systems that support franchise identity, campaign consistency, and audience engagement
- Design promotional and franchise creative that captures the tone, world, emotion, and visual identity of a series
- Execute high-volume creative across multiple formats, aspect ratios, orientations, and platform specifications while maintaining strong design standards
- Collaborate closely with creative leadership, franchise management, social teams, AV teams, production, and marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns and franchise initiatives to life
- Provide design support and direction to freelancers, vendors, illustrators, retouchers, and external production partners as needed
- Manage and prepare final assets for delivery across print, digital, social, experiential, and AV workflows
- Organize project files, maintain asset consistency, and ensure deliverables are technically accurate and production-ready
- Stay current on entertainment marketing trends, platform-native creative behaviors, design aesthetics, typography, fan culture, and evolving social formats
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional entertainment design experience within streaming, television, studios, agencies, or related creative environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in:
- Entertainment key art systems
- Social campaign graphics
- Logo design and title treatments
- Event/promotional graphics
- Billboard and digital campaign creative
- AV graphic packages
- Merchandise/promotional design
- Franchise/IP marketing creative
- Expert-level graphic design and artwork execution skills with deep understanding of:
- Typography
- Composition
- Layout
- Color theory
- Retouching
- Image compositing
- Visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of entertainment marketing and how creative assets translate across social, streaming, franchise, licensing, promotional, and experiential ecosystems
- Ability to generate multiple creative options quickly while maintaining a high level of polish and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept through final execution with minimal oversight
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, timelines, priorities, and revisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent production and asset preparation skills across digital, print, social, experiential, and AV formats
- Proficient working knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects (preferred)
- PowerPoint
- Keynote
- Strong understanding of social-first creative formats and platform-native design execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Entertainment agency experience strongly preferred
- Streaming campaign experience preferred
- Experience supporting franchise/IP-driven entertainment campaigns
- Familiarity with motion graphics, social video graphics, and AV finishing workflows preferred
- Experience designing promotional merchandise, event graphics, environmental graphics, or experiential creative preferred
- Passion for television, entertainment marketing, fandom culture, and emerging creative trends
