for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to parse the posting.
Title: Sr. Designer
Program Summary: KBR strives to create a safer, more secure and sustainable world... (some generic). Then "Why Join KBR?" bullet points: Cutting edge projects..., Work in a collaborative..., Competitive pay and great company culture.
Job Summary: description of Sr. Designer responsibilities.
Roles And Responsibilities: list of bullet points.
Basic Qualifications: list.
Preferred Qualifications: list.
Salary Range: $63,600-$95,400
KBR Benefits: description.
Then other fluff: Belong, Connect and Grow..., We Deliver – Together., KBR is an equal opportunity employer..., etc. Those are boilerplate EEO and should be removed.
We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (could be Job Summary?), Responsibilities (Roles And Responsibilities), Requirements (Basic Qualifications?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits (KBR Benefits), Pay (Salary Range). Schedule not present, so omit.
We need to avoid filler sections. Use
for each section heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Sr. Designer
. Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So include the program summary? Might be part of About the role. The "Why Join KBR?" bullet points could be part of About the role or Benefits? Probably part of About the role (company culture). We'll include them as prose or list.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, use ul li. For qualifications (basic and preferred) also list. For benefits list also ul li.
We need to use
for prose.
We must not include duplicated lines. Remove boilerplate.
Let's extract substantive content:
- Program Summary: "KBR strives to create a safer, more secure and sustainable world by bringing together the best and brightest to deliver technologies and solutions that help our customers accomplish their most critical missions and objectives. Our Las Cruces, NM office is an engineering and manufacturing facility that provides solutions for our customers with safety and quality at the forefront of our operations."
- Why Join KBR? bullet points: "Cutting edge projects, relevant to real world challenges", "Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment", "Competitive pay and great company culture". These are three items.
- Job Summary: "The Sr. Designer is responsible for supporting the implementation, integration, administration, and continuous improvement of Autodesk Vault while ensuring product and engineering data is properly controlled, maintained, and managed in accordance with company policies and configuration management requirements. We support career advancement through professional training and development."
- Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR: fluff, but maybe considered substantive? It's about culture but could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but still generic. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not EEO but still maybe considered fluff. However it's about culture; could be considered part of About the role. But we already have Why Join KBR? which covers similar. Might be safe to include as part of About the role? But we need to avoid duplication. The "Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR" paragraph: "At KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture. These inform all that we do and are at the heart of our commitment to, and ongoing journey toward being a People First company. That commitment is central to our team of team’s philosophy and fosters an environment where everyone can Belong, Connect and Grow. We Deliver – Together." This is somewhat generic but could be considered part of About the role. However we already have Why Join KBR? bullet points. Might be okay to include as prose under About the role.
But we need to avoid duplication. The "Why Join KBR?" bullet points already mention cutting edge projects, collaborative team environment, competitive pay and great company culture. The Belong paragraph is more about culture and Zero Harm. Could be considered part of About the role.
We'll include About the role section containing program summary, Why Join KBR? bullet points, and the Belong paragraph (maybe as prose). Ensure we don't repeat.
Now sections:
About the role
Program summary paragraph.
- Why Join KBR? bullet points
Belong paragraph.
But we need to avoid duplicate headings. Could combine.
Alternatively, we could have About the role (program summary), Why Join KBR? as part of Benefits? No.
Better: About the role includes program summary and Why Join KBR? bullet points and Belong paragraph.
Then Responsibilities (Roles And Responsibilities) as ul.
Then Requirements (Basic Qualifications) as ul.
Then Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) as ul.
Then Benefits (KBR Benefits) as ul? Actually benefits list is a prose list; we can make ul li.
Then Pay (Salary Range) as p.
We must not create Schedule section.
Check for any duplicated lines: none.
Now ensure we don't include Job ID (R2127820) as heading; we can drop it or put in short p. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it." We can drop it.
