Sr. Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a talented, Cincinnati‑based Senior Designer with 5+ years of experience working as a designer or senior designer in an agency, studio, or in‑house creative environment. This role spans internal marketing to our full client roster and requires designing robust campaign and brand systems and applying those systems across both traditional and digital advertising.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a designer or senior designer in an agency, studio, or in‑house creative environment.
• Experience designing robust campaign and brand systems and applying them across traditional and digital advertising.
• Four‑year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Skills

• Excellent craft in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
• Motion/animation capabilities (After Effects is a major plus).
• Illustration and 3D capabilities.
• Webflow experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment with quick turns, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Strong presentation skills for internal and client reviews, with the ability to thoughtfully discuss design decisions.
• Curiosity, solution‑orientation, collaborative teamwork, optimistic attitude, confidence without ego.

Nice to Have

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
