Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and transistor‑level simulation of analog and mixed‑signal blocks and sub‑systems.
• Design and verify analog and mixed‑signal circuit blocks, covering at least four of the following: amplifiers, bandgaps, LDOs, Schmitt triggers, charge pumps, power‑ON reset.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews; perform bench‑level lab evaluation to characterize fabricated integrated circuits (ICs).
• Use Cadence suite design tools for circuit design.
• Floor‑plan and optimize physical layout to meet area constraints and achieve high performance, employing matching and area‑reduction techniques.
• Work with circuit‑level IC physical layout design and bench‑level lab verification.
• Create design/product documentation and present results by hosting design reviews.
• Perform behavioral modeling of circuits, understand reliability, and create checks and asserts files.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and verifying analog and mixed‑signal circuit blocks (including at least four of the items listed under Responsibilities).
• At least 2 years of experience with the Cadence suite design tools.
• At least 1 year of experience in floor planning and optimizing physical layout to meet area constraints and achieve high performance.
• Ability to work on‑site with a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) within reasonable commuting distance.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid work permitted: 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home optional within reasonable commuting distance from the office.
