Location: Owatonna, MN Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually Description Job Title: Design Engineer Location: Owatonna, MN Full-time Role Summary Seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead new product development, product improvement, and cost reduction initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role involves evaluating customer requirements, developing product concepts, leading cross-functional project teams, performing engineering analysis, and supporting products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design expertise and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and product development.
