For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Senior Deployment Technical Program Manager to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within an operationally complex logistics environment.
About the role
You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Integrate validated technologies into pilot deployments in live facilities
- Develop scalable deployment playbooks for installations and labor transitions
- Manage cost, schedule, and risk for large-scale automation projects
- Re-engineer facility processes for new automation capabilities
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to optimize material flow and capacity
- Create and document new operational standards and train staff
- Align stakeholders across innovation, management, and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline
- 8+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management roles
- Experience managing hardware/software integration in operational logistics
- Understanding of time-and-motion studies, facility layout, and physical material flow
- Domain knowledge in supply chain systems, warehouse automation, robotics, or fulfillment operations
- Experience in vendor management, including RFPs and partnerships
- Strong execution discipline in agile or iterative methodologies

Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
