The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Tobacco-free policy is a policy, maybe considered legal? Might be safe to drop. Also the statements about declarations not intended to be all-inclusive list etc. That's boilerplate. Applications and resumes will be kept on file... that's boilerplate. We need to preserve substantive info: Position Overview, Responsibilities, Job Skills, Education And Training, Minimum Requirements, Physical Requirements/Work Environment, Company Overview.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe Position Overview). Responsibilities. Requirements (maybe Minimum Requirements). Qualifications (Education And Training). Skills (Job Skills). Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. Schedule? Not present. So we omit those.
We must not create sections with placeholder text. So only include sections with content.
We need to use
for section headings. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to convert each bullet into
- . Ensure we keep the exact wording? Probably keep as is. Let's extract responsibilities list: From "Key Job Responsibilities" after that sentence: list items separated by line breaks? The text: "Support SOP development, automation initiatives, and companywide planning standardization Reinforce standard demand governance, data discipline, and system accountability Support continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning, MRP accuracy, and inventory optimization Serve as a subject matter expert for demand planning logic, MRP behavior, and ERP transactions Monitor demand trends and proactively communicate risks impacting inventory, lead times, and customer commitments Challenge and correct demand driving transactions that create excess inventory, shortages, or false urgency Review and verify the validity, accuracy, and necessity of purchase orders prior to approval within one hour of notification Partner with Planning, Scheduling, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, warehousing, and Project Management to align demand signals with execution reality Develop, automate, maintain, and govern standardized MRP and demand integrity reports used enterprise wide. - . The last "All other duties as assigned by TAS" is generic but it's part of responsibilities; we can keep. Job Skills list: after "Job Skills" heading: list separated by line breaks? Let's extract: "Advanced experience with demand planning, MRP, CRP, Lean (or other waste elimination processes), and ISO 9000 (or other structured QMS) required APICS CPIM certification a plus Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Infor LN preferred), MRP logic, demand planning analytics, and data automation required Committed to excellence and high standards Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills Working knowledge of data collection systems, proficient with data analysis and evaluation Proficient with PC applications, (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience working in a network environment Ability to function under high stress environment Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to take input from multiple sources and prioritize own work effectively Ability to communicate effectively with superiors and peers as well as with individuals both inside and outside the company. Education And Training: "Four-year technical degree or six years of equivalent work experience Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience (minimum seven years)." That's a sentence; we can put in
. Minimum Requirements: "Held a similar position within the industry Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in demand planning, material planning, or production planning within a multi-site manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience governing enterprise demand signals, correcting demand distortion, and driving MRP accuracy at scale. . Physical Requirements/Work Environment: paragraph: "Position is at least 80% to 90% at a desk working with computer. . Company Overview: paragraph(s). We'll combine into
maybe multiple paragraphs but we can keep as one
with line breaks? Better to keep as
containing the whole overview. It's long but okay. We must not include the "IMPORTANT NOTICE" etc. Now produce HTML fragment:
