Sr. Demand and S&OP Manager
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
We have job description: "Join our Team About this opportunity: Job Locations: Plano, TX or Boise, ID ..." There's a note about no sponsorship etc. That's boilerplate? It's about work authorization; maybe we should remove as it's legal/EEO? It's about visa sponsorship; might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to job. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sponsorship statement might be considered legal? It's about work authorization; could be considered legal. Safer to remove? But it's substantive about eligibility. However it's about visa sponsorship; could be considered EEO? Not exactly. Might be considered a requirement (must be authorized to work). Might be kept as a short p. But we need to decide.
We also have "How Will You Contribute to the Company?" then description of Sr. Demand Architect responsibilities. Then "What You Will Do" with bullet-like paragraphs (but not actual bullet list). We need to convert lists to - . Identify list items: Under Forecasting, S&OP, NPI SKU level demand planning, Business Process. Those are sections with multiple sentences each maybe treat as list items.
We also have "The Skills You Bring" list of qualifications/requirements.
We have "Why join Ericsson?" etc. That's promotional; maybe we can include under About the role? Or maybe we can omit as boilerplate? It's about company culture; could be considered About the role? Might be okay to include as prose under About the role.
We have "What happens once you apply?" etc. That's application instructions; remove.
We have "Ericsson is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer..." remove.
We have disclaimer about general nature; maybe remove as boilerplate.
We have "Primary country and city: United States (US) || Boise (ID) (Country/ City)" maybe minor metadata; fold into short p or drop.
We have "Job details: Supply Chain Planner" maybe job title? Already have title? Not shown. We can ignore.
We have "Compensation And Benefits At Ericsson" then sections: Your Pay, Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan, Your Health, Your Financial Security, Your Time, Additional Benefits. Those are benefits and pay info. We need to include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range dependent on factors, bonus, health, 401k, PTO, maternity leave, etc. So we should include Pay and Benefits sections.
Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info; so omit Schedule.
We need to avoid headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". The Pay section: we have salary range dependent on factors; we can include that as prose.
Benefits: list health, 401k, PTO, maternity leave, etc.
We need to use
for each section heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract sections:
About the role: Could include introductory paragraph about Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, mission, etc. Also maybe location.
Responsibilities: The detailed duties under Forecasting, S&OP, NPI SKU level demand planning, Business Process.
Requirements: maybe the "The Skills You Bring" list includes education, experience, etc. Could be Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we need to avoid duplication. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We could have Requirements (education, experience) and Qualifications (skills). But the list includes both education/experience and skills. Might be better to have Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (the skills list). Qualifications maybe not needed.
But we have "The Skills You Bring" which includes education, experience, skills. Could treat as Requirements.
We also have "How Will You Contribute to the Company?" which is more about role purpose; could be About the role.
Let's structure:
