Sr Delivery Consultant – SAP Migration, Professional Services, SAP

About the role

The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions for SAP workloads, including SAP RISE and native SAP migrations, to deliver measurable customer business outcomes.
• Providing technical guidance and best practices across pre-sales and implementation phases, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA migrations, system conversions, and cloud-native deployments.
• Leading automation-first thinking across SAP landscapes from migration tooling and exception management to intelligent workflow automation that reduces manual effort and accelerates delivery.
• Advising customers on AI and GenAI integration within SAP environments, including RAG-based intelligence, intelligent document processing, and embedding AI capabilities into core ERP processes.
• Collaborating with Account Managers and customers to design realistic, achievable SAP transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on SAP industry trends, including RISE with SAP, BTP, Clean Core principles, and the evolving role of AI in enterprise ERP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, and SAP technology consulting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, system conversions, or greenfield implementations, including SAP RISE and cloud-native deployments.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale SAP transformation programs for enterprise customers.
