Sr Delivery Consultant – SAP GenAI/ML, Professional Services, SAP

About the role

The AWS Professional Services team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs)
• Providing technical guidance and best practices during pre-sales and implementation phases
• Collaborating with Account Managers and Customers to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Technical or Functional areas
• Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
• Experience in automation through devops scripting (e.g. shell, python, ruby, powershell)
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
• Experienced in proposing solutions, developing estimates and responding to request for information

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, Bachelor's degree in relevant field, 5+ years of experience in SAP Technical or Functional areas
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments, Experience in automation through devops scripting, Knowledge of security and compliance standards, Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications, Experienced in proposing solutions, developing estimates and responding to request for information
