About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Core Analytics team supporting UI Originals initiatives. This role involves applying data science and analytics to shape content experiences, working closely with Product Management and Engineering, and generating insights for product and business decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science initiatives with organizational goals and product strategy
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to evaluate product changes and inform decision-making
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and partner teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key business, operational, and system health metrics
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions
• Develop data pipelines that power automation, validation, and reporting
• Perform exploratory data analysis on emerging trends across the Roku platform
• Collaborate with Program Management and Engineering partners to gather feedback and continuously improve solutions
• Provide leadership with actionable insights on initiative performance and future opportunities
