About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Data Scientist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and Python programming. This role involves developing and productionizing machine learning pipelines, deploying models, and optimizing performance. The position requires a candidate with advanced technical expertise and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning pipelines, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
- Write production-grade Python code with a focus on modularization, testing, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python programming, including production-grade coding, modularization, testing, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning pipeline development and productionization, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Pay
$75 – $80 per hour.
