Job Summary

Develop and implement analytics techniques to transform data into meaningful information to support business goals. Spearhead Next-Gen analytics projects in support of a strategic transformation to an intelligent, AI/ML-driven framework designed to reduce manual intervention, optimize resource allocation, and deliver substantial operational cost savings. Lead modernization initiatives in collaboration with Product Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize technical ML requirements with high-level business goals and apply data modeling, machine learning, and natural language processing to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets to develop technically sound intelligence frameworks aligned with operational cost-saving targets and product roadmaps.
  • Design and implement an end-to-end real-time streaming data pipeline architecture to integrate Federos with ServiceNow leveraging Debezium for real-time event Change Data Capture (CDC), streaming data changes via AWS Kinesis for high-throughput low-latency data processing, and utilizing DB-SCAN algorithm for AI/ML based multi-dimensional event correlation.
  • Ensure that the ML output is persistent in AWS S3, which acts as the trigger for a serverless AWS Lambda function responsible for updating ServiceNow via REST APIs with refined clustering and correlation insights.
  • Act as a technical consultant for all Customer Experience (CX) matters when interacting with the internal MSI team as well as Qualtrics and recommend data-driven solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using LLMs to identify primary failure points within clustered events, and provide Operations Engineers with actionable insights for accelerated debugging and resolution.
