About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Data Engineer II to join our team. This role involves working with a cross-functional team to design and ingest data from various Object Management Systems supporting mission operations for our classified customer. Responsibilities
- Operationalize data pipelines and ML tasks with the AI team.
- Provide day-to-day support for deploying Python-native ML pipelines and performing data engineering tasks.
- Present results to diverse audiences in presentation or report form.
- Support architectural leadership, technical support, and advisement services to ensure identity management system technologies are integrated and meet security requirements.
- Engage with senior-level executives at a public-facing Federal agency and provide subject matter expertise in security architecture and other key domain areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Data/ML Engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Active Secret clearance/T1 background investigation or higher.
- Strong experience with ETL, data labeling, and data preparation.
- Experience with Cloudera, DataBricks, Snowflake, NiFi, Python, SQL, Kafka.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying data solutions in classified AWS cloud environments up to IL6+.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and services for AI/ML.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay
SALARY RANGE: $152,000 - $188,000
