Sr Data Analytics Developer

Role Description

UST is searching for a Senior Data Analytics Developer & PBI Administrator to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves architecting and implementing data solutions, developing and managing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Need

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI and related technologies.
• Proven expertise in solution architecture and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of data lake and data warehouse architectures.
• Experience with Gen1/2 Dataflows, data pipeline management, Power Automate, and Databricks.
• Direct experience with Databricks and Power Automate is highly desirable, but equivalent work experience and the ability to learn new skills can suffice.
• Proficiency in managing premium capacity and gateway configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices and modular code development.
