Responsibilities
- Analyze large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations
- Design and execute exploratory and statistical analyses using Python and R
- Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and support business strategy
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data
- Work with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) to manage and model data
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau (or similar BI tools)
- Provide clear storytelling through data to influence decision-making
- Automate reporting processes and improve accessibility of insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations)
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Develop predictive models or advanced analytics solutions where needed
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes, tools, and governance
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., TN, H1B status)
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, data science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, Tableau or similar BI tools
- Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analytical methods
- Proven ability to communicate insights to business stakeholders

Compensation
Base Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications
