About the role
The Senior Data Analyst supports the firm’s strategic initiatives within the Data Analytics group, focusing on data-driven forecasting, leading analytics projects, advancing data innovation, and applying advanced analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, financial acumen, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Power BI and other advanced analytics tools to deliver comprehensive and high-impact analytics, forecasting, reporting, and insight-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Service Delivery, Senior Finance leadership, and other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize complex business problems.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance data integrity.
- Drive and manage large-scale analytical projects that span multiple teams and functions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure project alignment with business objectives and successful execution.
- Analyze trends and derive actionable insights to address complex business challenges.
- Design and develop advanced solutions to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive intelligent automation.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and provide tailored data solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication and financial storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct financial performance data analysis and presentation, interpret data using statistical techniques, and develop forecasting models.
- Develop and implement data collection techniques to optimize statistical efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, including experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, DAX, and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Report Builder/SSRS or Tableau).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, VBA, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in creating complex queries, data manipulation, and automation of data processes.
- Experience or interest in Machine Learning and AI implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

Physical Demands

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work. The specific arrangement will be determined at the time of hiring and may be modified at the firm's discretion.
Pay
The expected hiring range for this position is $89,991 - $143,088 per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location, experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
