Sr. Data Analyst
About the role
The Sr. Data Analyst assists the Credit department with data and automation solutions. They perform data mining and deliver business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel. They analyze business functions and processes, document findings, and recommend operational improvements. They use technical capacity to explore all systems-based solutions for internal customers, balancing efficiency, regulatory guidelines, and the customer experience. They also mentor junior staff.

Requirements
- Experience with SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and customer service standards

Pay
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. The target range is $70,304.00 - $85,000.00.
