Sr. Cyber Security Engineer

Sr. Cyber Security Engineer Summary Our client is seeking a hands-on Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise security solutions across their infrastructure. This role will be responsible for strengthening cybersecurity posture through security architecture, incident response, SIEM management, vulnerability remediation, and Cloud security initiatives. Requirements5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.In-depth knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cloud security.Experience with the following: SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, etc.);Incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management;Endpoint security technologies (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne, etc.);Security awareness training and phishing programs.Solid understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).Strong communication and documentation skills.PreferredExperience with the following: Securing ERP platforms (Sage X3, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle);Security automation using Python or PowerShell;The SOAR platform;Manufacturing or industrial security;Threat hunting and detection engineering.CISSP, CCSP, AZ-500, Security+, or GIAC certifications. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire with our MN client.
