Sr. Customer Success Manager - Enterprise (East)

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise customers to ensure smooth initial engagement
• Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to boost customer satisfaction
• Act as the company expert for customers, providing tailored guidance
• Conduct regular customer success reviews to gauge satisfaction and address any issues
• Implement and share best practices to maximize customer value from the company
• Analyze usage patterns to drive insights and enhance customer adoption
• Serve as the main contact for resolving critical customer situations
• Collaborate with Sales and Training teams to identify expansion opportunities
• Provide feedback to Product Management for innovation and improvement
• Achieve and exceed performance goals related to retention and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams
• Experience managing a diverse customer account base effectively
• Interest in web-based technologies and their application
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer engagement

Pay

$112,500 – $142,500 annually
