Solution Sales Manager
The Solution Sales Manager will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's CRM products, which are built on the company’s market-leading Service Management platform. These products provide a single source of truth for enterprise processes, enabling uniform information across different departments.
Responsibilities
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreements and account use cases
- Provide input to Account Executives (AEs) during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations
- Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles and support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation
- Partner with Specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop capability roadmaps and gain team buy-in based on engagement models
- Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives (ADRs), and Account Engineers (AECs) on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle
- Customize time allocation of responsibilities to meet the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes
- Champion diversity and inclusion to foster an open and inclusive environment
Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 7+ years of experience in specialty solution areas, focusing on ROI and solution wins
- Experience as an Account Executive (AE) or in alternative sales/customer service roles
- Understanding of business sales processes and travel required: 30-50%
Pay and Benefits
For positions in this location, the base pay range is $139,400 - $188,500 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Compensation is based on the geographic location and is subject to change based on work location.
