About the role

MRM is seeking an Sr. Account Executive to join our team. This role involves monitoring and guiding the execution of all work delivered from the agency, providing excellent client service, and effectively managing people across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and guide the execution of all work delivered from the agency.
  • Provide excellent client service, applying the agency's best resources and effectively managing people across departments to ensure flawless execution on-time and within scope.
  • Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing communications programs including email, direct mail, digital, web, event, and other marketing communications.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients, actively learning and understanding the client's business, products, and competitive environment.
  • Build rapport and partnering relationships with key clients, demonstrating a genuine sense of responsibility and passion for the success of the business.
  • Work with clients to develop client input briefs/work orders for projects, understanding the fast-paced nature of business and positively responding to last-minute client requests.
  • Ensure flawless execution of projects, scheduling and running project/internal creative kick-off meetings, managing program development of multiple projects and versions, and working with the Strategy team to assist the Supervisor with strategy development and planning.
  • Coordinate with print producers and project managers to develop print, email, and digital schedules, and partner with them during the production and testing phases of project development.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules to ensure completion on time, surface any unresolved timing or resource issues with Account Leadership, manage project estimates to ensure projects stay on budget, and assist supervisors with accruals or budget reporting as needed.
  • Assist in the development of presentations for both internal and client presentations, creating presentations, POV's, test planning, etc., and assist the Supervisor in these tasks.

Requirements

  • University degree (ideally in marketing/business studies).
  • 3+ years of experience in agency environment in a client service role.
  • Solid CRM, Digital, or automotive experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines across multiple projects, and display strong organizational skills.
  • Well organized, shows initiative, and desires to learn.
  • Handles assigned work requests in an efficient, timely manner.
  • Strong client relationship experience and driven to deliver the best work for our clients.
  • Understanding of established program KPIs and analytics and ability to apply learnings to enhance future programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, uses sound and logical judgment, displays strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
