Sr. Critical Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support a dedicated client account, with day-to-day reporting to our NYC offices. This role will support and contribute to the technical execution of critical facilities operations and of construction and renovation projects. Based in New York, NY at client locations in Hudson Yards area. Active construction site work requiring PPE and safety compliance. Occasional evening or weekend work to support project schedules. Physical ability to navigate construction sites, climb stairs, and conduct inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of critical facilities services to the assigned portfolio in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the client and facility professionals
• Develop, cultivate, and own key relationships with landlords, property management companies, and third-party service providers and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive technical solutions that meet client requirements.
