Sr. Creative Account Manager

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $60 - 68 per hour This high-visibility role serves as the central consultative partner connecting enterprise leaders with internal creative teams to transform complex, ambiguous briefs into impactful brand experiences. You will own the end-to-end alignment for key omnichannel initiatives, shaping design systems and brand identity across major corporate and cultural touchpoints. Responsibilities: Architect creative intake and evaluation frameworks to streamline project prioritization, driving maximum operational efficiency across enterprise business units.Direct cross-functional alignment between executive stakeholders and creative directors to craft strategic briefs that elevate end-to-end brand design systems.Lead stakeholder communications and project lifecycle governance to ensure seamless execution of high-visibility marketing assets and brand identities.Optimize portfolio delivery across varied corporate initiatives to establish continuous visual alignment and enhance long-term brand performance. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading creative account management, brand strategy, or visual design workflows within a top-tier agency or enterprise in-house team.Demonstrated expertise in transforming complex, ambiguous business needs into structured creative briefs and scalable design solutions.Proven track record of delivering end-to-end omnichannel brand systems and high-impact marketing assets for major enterprise initiatives.Exceptional consultative communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
