Sr Craft Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Train and develop recruiting teams by creating and managing training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled craft positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build relationships with trade schools, and maintain networks of pre-vetted craft talent.
• Collaborate with project managers and workforce planners to forecast labor needs and ensure timely staffing.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Support on-site mobilization and onboarding efforts during project ramps, and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Represent the recruiting team in cross-functional meetings and provide guidance to junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum 3-5 years in construction industry.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional prioritization, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills, excellent communication, decisive ability, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with iCIMS, UKG, and Service Now.
