What You'll Do
- Represent the company in administrative hearings, court proceedings and arbitrations
- Conduct all aspects of litigation up through trial
- Identify and prepare witnesses for trials and other proceedings
- Prepare and defend company witnesses at deposition
- Conduct fact investigations, analyze legal issues, and develop litigation strategies
- Conduct affirmative and defensive discovery
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
What You'll Bring
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school, or equivalent experience
- California bar membership
- 10 or more years of experience in litigation and proceedings in state and federal courts and arbitration
- Ability to understand complex technical products and work with engineers to translate engineering know-how to meet litigation needs
- Class action defense experience
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

$228,000 - $342,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
