Sr Contracts Representative

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts involving US Government requirements and standards (including FAR-based obligations)
  • Interpret and apply regulatory requirements relevant to US Government contracting
  • Identify and implement required flowdown provisions in supply agreements connected to prime or sales contracts
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations and contractual risk
  • Support business teams in structuring and executing compliant contracting strategies
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
  • Strong hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating government contracts
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing US Government contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into contract terms
  • Prioritized experience working with US Government contracts flowdowns and subcontracting structures

About the role

This role will focus on supporting contracts that include US Government requirements, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and implementation of contractual obligations across the business.
